Dr. Deepali Virmani is a distinguished academic leader with over two decades of experience in Computer Science and Information Technology. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Delhi and currently serves as Professor and Head of the Guru Tegh Bahadur Innovation and Research Centre at GTBIT. Prior to this, she held senior academic leadership positions at the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies and Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology, where she strengthened research culture and industry collaboration. Dr. Virmani's scholarly work covers Machine Learning, Data Science, Knowledge Engineering, Sensor Networks, and Artificial Intelligence. She has published 150+ research papers, accumulating 4,100+ citations, and has mentored the next generation of researchers by guiding 100+ B.Tech. projects and supervising multiple Ph.D. scholars. Her contributions have been recognized through several honors, including the Best Researcher Award and Excellence in Research Award. Committed to community service in scholarship, Dr. Virmani serves on editorial boards of international journals and is an Associate Editor with Open Computer Science (De Gruyter) and Springer Nature. Madeleine Al-Tahan is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Abu Dhabi University (ADU), College of Arts and Sciences / Department of Mathematics and Statistics. She joined ADU in Summer Semester AY 2021‐22. Al-Tahan received her Ph.D. in Mathematics (2013) and M.Sc. (2009) from Beirut Arab University (BAU) and her B.Sc. (2007) from the Lebanese International University (LIU). Prior to ADU, she held academic roles at the Lebanese University and LIU as Assistant Professor, and at BAU as Instructor and Graduate Assistant. She has served as course coordinator, Master's thesis supervisor and examiner, and contributed to the organization and scientific committees of multiple workshops and conferences. Al-Tahan's research interests include hyperstructure theory, fuzzy algebraic structures, and neutrosophic science. She has a robust publication record of approximately fifty papers—with about forty as first author—and maintains active collaborations with scholars from the USA, Czech Republic, Iran, Jordan, Romania, Indonesia, UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Lebanon. She serves as a reviewer for international journals (including Mathematics, AIMS journals, International Journal of Fuzzy Sets and Systems, Discrete Mathematics: Algorithms and Applications, and Journal of Algebra and Its Applications), acts as a book editor, and is President of the Neutrosophic Science International Association (NSIA), Lebanon branch. An engaged educator, Dr. Al-Tahan champions interactive, example-driven learning and actively involves students in extracurricular activities such as Pi Day events, seminars, workshops, and competitions.

Prof. Dr. Subarna Shakya holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine. He is Professor of Computer Engineering at the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering, Pulchowk Campus, Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University, and Visiting Professor at Brown University, Rhode Island, USA. He currently serves as Director of the IT Innovation Center, Tribhuvan University. His prior leadership roles include Executive Director of the National Information Technology Center (Government of Nepal); Head of Department, Director of the Center for Information Technology, and Chairman of the Electronics & Computer Engineering Subject Committee at the Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University. Prof. Shakya has coordinated major international programs such as EURECA, IDEAS, and LEADER, financed by the European Commission (Erasmus Mundus), and is an advisor member of the National Information Technology Committee, Government of Nepal. He has delivered 30+ keynote and invited talks, published 150+ scientific/technical papers and five books, and serves as Editor/Guest Editor for 15+ international journals (including Chief Editor of the Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Capsule Networks (AICN)). He is an expert member of the Board of Studies at South Asian University, India. An active mentor, Prof. Shakya has supervised 80+ Master's theses and 10 Ph.D. theses (with 5 in progress). His professional memberships include IEEE, SDIWC, IACSIT (Senior Member), SCIEI, and others. His research interests include ICT and e-government systems, information security for e-government, multimedia systems, cloud computing and security, energy-efficient cloud computing, computer systems simulation and modeling, information systems, computer architecture, and software engineering. His contributions have been recognized with multiple honors, including the Nepal Education Leadership Award (2017), Outstanding Contribution to Education (2018), 100 Most Dedicated Professors (2019), and Best Professor in Computer Engineering Studies (2019) from the World Education Congress.

Dr. Prashant Johri is a distinguished academician and researcher, currently serving as Professor in the School of Computing Science and Engineering at Galgotias University, Greater Noida, where he also leads the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Research Group under the Intel Center of Excellence. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) and MCA from Aligarh Muslim University and earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. With over two decades of academic and administrative experience, including his tenure as Professor and Director of MCA programs at Galgotias Institute of Management & Technology (GIMT) and Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET), Dr. Johri has significantly contributed to teaching, research, and institutional leadership. His research spans Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Software Reliability, Big Data Security, Cloud Computing, Image Processing, and Information Security, with applications across healthcare, agriculture, and intelligent systems. He has published more than 100 research papers in reputed journals and conferences and has edited volumes such as Applications of Machine Learning (Springer) and Trends and Advancements of Image Processing and Its Applications (IGI Global).
