- All attendees must complete the official registration process before accessing the
event.
- Badges must be worn at all times for security and identification purposes.
2. Attendance & Participation
- Sessions, workshops, and networking events must be attended punctually.
- Unauthorized distribution of promotional materials is not permitted.
3. Content & Recording
- Unauthorized recording, live streaming, or distribution of event content is prohibited.
- Speakers and presenters must obtain consent before sharing any confidential or sensitive
information.
4. Health & Safety
- Attendees must comply with all venue safety regulations and emergency protocols.
- Any health concerns should be reported to the event organizers or venue personnel
immediately.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Registration fees are non-refundable, except under special circumstances outlined in our
Cancellation
Policy.
- Sponsorship and exhibitor agreements are subject to individual contractual terms.
6. Compliance with Venue Rules
- All attendees must respect the venue's regulations, including property protection and
waste
disposal.
- Any damage caused to the venue by an attendee will be their sole responsibility.
