ICMMCS 2025 — Guidelines for Conference Participation and Conduct

ICMMCS 2025 is committed to providing a seamless, professional, and inclusive conference experience. To ensure the smooth execution of the event, all participants must adhere to the following policies:

1. Registration & Access

  • All attendees must complete the official registration process before accessing the event.
  • Badges must be worn at all times for security and identification purposes.

2. Attendance & Participation

  • Sessions, workshops, and networking events must be attended punctually.
  • Unauthorized distribution of promotional materials is not permitted.

3. Content & Recording

  • Unauthorized recording, live streaming, or distribution of event content is prohibited.
  • Speakers and presenters must obtain consent before sharing any confidential or sensitive information.

4. Health & Safety

  • Attendees must comply with all venue safety regulations and emergency protocols.
  • Any health concerns should be reported to the event organizers or venue personnel immediately.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Registration fees are non-refundable, except under special circumstances outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
  • Sponsorship and exhibitor agreements are subject to individual contractual terms.

6. Compliance with Venue Rules

  • All attendees must respect the venue's regulations, including property protection and waste disposal.
  • Any damage caused to the venue by an attendee will be their sole responsibility.
